Ben Cole
Founder & Owner
Ben Cole was born in Nebraska; raised in Colorado, Missouri, and Oklahoma; and has lived in Tulsa, OK since 2008. He graduated Summa Cum Laude in Cyber Security and Forensics from Tulsa Technology Center in 2010 and Magna Cum Laude in Information Technology from Oklahoma State University in 2013. He is an active member of the Information Systems Security Association and sits on the advisory board for Tulsa Technology Center. As the owner and founder of Cole Tech, with more than ten years of experience in the IT industry, his primary focus is on the continued growth of Cole Tech and the development of its service offerings.
Garrett Haney
IT Technician
Garrett was born in Kansas in 1991 but has lived in Tulsa since his parents moved there a few months after he was born. He is a Cyber Security and Forensics graduate of Tulsa Technology Center (2010) and holds an Associate in Applied Sciences from Oklahoma State University (2015). He brings six years of IT experience creating solutions across environments ranging from medical and aviation to general small business. Garrett enjoys Star Trek, cooking, and gaming.
JonColin (JC) Senka
Field Support Specialist
Born in 1997 and a proud Tulsa native, JonColin (JC) Senka holds an associate’s degree in Sciences of Enterprise Development from Tulsa Community College (2019) and is diving headfirst into the dynamic world of IT. His passion lies in problem-solving and thinking beyond the obvious. When he is not immersed in tech, you’ll find him racing mountain bikes, traveling, and helping coach a youth mountain bike team.
Richard Hart
Technology Solutions Advisor
Richard Hart is the person to ask when you want the phones, the printers, and the cloud to finally get along. A black belt in Google-fu and a firm believer that there are no dumb questions, only computers that haven’t been rebooted yet. Richard has turned more “we’ve always done it this way” into “wait, it can do that?” than anyone is willing to count.
Geoff Dimmick

Geoff Dimmick was born in Oklahoma; raised in Oklahoma and Minnesota; and has called Tulsa his home for more than 30 years. With over 15 years in the IT service industry, his primary focus is customer service and security. In his free time you can usually find him watching movies, playing video games, or rolling the dice in a board game with his wife and friends.
Leslie Espinoza

Born in Charlotte, North Carolina, in 1999 and raised right here in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Leslie is a proud local through and through. She is the steady hand behind day-to-day operations, combining sharp organization with a warm and approachable energy. Outside of work, Leslie loves staying active by working out, spending quality time with friends, and diving into her creative side with a passion for arts and crafts.
Brian Gilbertson

Brian Gilbertson was raised in Sapulpa, OK and graduated from OU with a degree in MIS in 1998. He is a technology leader with 25+ years of building and modernizing enterprise technology for global organizations, with a track record of standing up IT organizations, leading digital transformation, and standardizing ERP, CRM, BI, and operational platforms across industries. He is experienced in post-acquisition technology integration, executive dashboards and real-time KPI visibility, data governance, vendor management, and practical AI and automation. A hands-on, trusted strategic partner to executive leadership, Brian pairs execution with team building.
